Library Acc. MT_HOGA
Name Medicago truncatula, seedling roots treated with oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20)
Organism Medicago truncatula
Tissue 3 day old seedling roots
Stage 24 hours after treatment in the dark at 26 C with 0.5 mg/ml oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20) in the presence of 100 ug/ml Gentamicin
Description Vector: pBluescript SK-; Site_1: EcoRI; Site_2: XhoI; cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Unizap XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing cDNA inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-Zap phage using Ex-assist helper phage and propagated in SOLR cells.
