||Vector: pBluescript SK-; Site_1: EcoRI; Site_2: XhoI; cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA from roots harvested at 10 days post inoculation with Phytophthora medicaginis. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Uni-ZAP XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing cDNA inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-ZAP phage using Ex-Assist helper phage and propagated in XLOLR cells. Note: EST may be of fungal origin.
